We offer you a new, comfortable 50 sqm apartment, AGNES. It is centrally located yet very quiet in Cieplice/Bad Warmbrunn, a district of Jelenia Gora/Hirschberg.
The apartment is on the third floor of a three-story building (with an elevator) in a new residential area. A secure, free parking space by the building is available.
The Scandinavian-style furnishings in warm colors provide the perfect setting for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
Cieplice is one of the most charming districts of Jelenia Góra, a city located in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój, as the full name of the spa town goes, is known for its therapeutic thermal springs, which have been appreciated by many distinguished guests, including Polish Queen Marysieńka Sobieska, who visited here with her entourage in 1687.
Cieplice captivates visitors with its numerous attractions, the most famous of which are the charming Piast Square, full of historical architecture; the well-preserved Schaffgotsch Palace; the expansive, revitalized Zdrojowy and Norwegian parks; the Cistercian Monastery Complex; and the modern swimming complex, Termy Cieplickie.
For those who enjoy a rustic atmosphere, we have prepared two comfortable apartments in a beautiful, new house built in the style of old Sudeten cottages.
The property is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce, 4 km from the Cieplice Thermal Baths, on a 1.5-hectare plot, including 0.32 hectares of forest. It majestically overlooks the other buildings in the village.
Marczyce is situated on the road from Cieplice to Karpacz, near the Sosnówka reservoir.

Our new cottage is designed to complement the existing building on this property. It functions as a single unit and is rented as such. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 8. The total area is 100 m², spread across three levels (ground floor, first floor, and attic).
