Upper Floor Apartment – a two-level unit. The first level has an area of 65 m², and the second level is 30 m². The first level includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. The second level features a bedroom for two to four people (two single beds and two Japanese futons) and a lounge area (card table). This apartment is suitable for 4 to 8 people.

Both levels offer access to balconies, providing beautiful views of the Karkonosze Mountains.

Both apartments are similarly equipped. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Each living room includes a large fold-out sofa (with sleeping function for two people). Each kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and necessary kitchen equipment. A washing machine is also available on the property, which can be used for an additional fee and upon arrangement with the owners. From our property, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Śnieżne Kotły, Szrenica, and Chojnik Castle. Marczyce is an excellent starting point for all attractions in the Jelenia Góra Valley. Nearby (about 1 km) are Biedronka and Dino stores, Folko Inn, and Aquakultura restaurant (3 km). The nearest tourist attraction is Prince Henry’s Castle. A blue trail leads from us to this destination, which can be reached in just under 30 minutes of walking. From the Henry’s Castle tower, there is a stunning view of the Karkonosze Mountains, Sosnówka Reservoir, and Jelenia Góra Valley.
