Terms and Conditions

Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through the apartment’s website.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total amount, within the specified timeframe.
Failure to pay the deposit is considered a cancellation of the reservation.
Guests are required to pay the full amount for their stay in advance, either on the day of arrival or earlier, to the account specified in the reservation form.
Starting the stay is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions.
In case of reservation cancellation by the Guest, the deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for shortened stays.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM the following day.

The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels.
The renter may not allow other persons to occupy the apartment, even if the paid period has not yet expired.
Smoking of cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
Guests bear full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of items or equipment in the apartment caused by their actions.
The renter is not responsible for any valuables, money, securities, cameras, or other valuable items of artistic or scientific worth left by Guests.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
